The below are stories I am collecting from real members. These stories are documented by Pre-Paid Legal and the provider firms that assisted the members. These stories are brief and are not in full detail, but none-the-less, show the power of leading law firms to help out members in every day possible situations.

A member discovered that a company was using his photograph for commercial purposes without his permission. The company would not respond to the member’s inquiries. The Provider Firm wrote a letter to the company and the company deleted all references to the member on its website.

A member’s credit report contained an erroneous entry that there was fraud activity on the part of the member. The member was actually a victim of fraud, not the perpetrator. The reporting agency would not remove the improper information. The information was removed after the agency received a demand letter from the Provider Law Firm.
